Join Temedica as a Customer Success Manager (f/d/m) and take ownership of the entire customer journey, from contract to value realization. As a key player within our Sales team, you'll be the frontline contact for Permea, our cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service health insights platform. Your Role with us

  • You'll ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing any product-related issues tied to Permea and independently negotiating contract renewals.
  • You'll identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and upsell potential for our pharma and life sciences clients.
  • You'll work as the first point of contact between our clients and the product team to enhance our product with customer feedback.
  • You'll structure and coordinate intricate internal and external collaborations involving product, engineering, data, medical, commercial, and other teams.
What you bring to the table

  • You have worked for 3-5 years as a business consultant for life sciences / pharma clients, or as an account manager in a dynamic business-to-business Software-as-a-Service company.
  • You have an academical background in life sciences, business analytics, or other data-related subjects.
  • You are familiar with modern CRM tools such as HubSpot, and adept at both subject-level and business communication.
  • You have full professional fluency in German and in English.
